Great stay in Stockholm

The hotel location is perfect to visit Stockholm. Extremely central, in an elegant part of the city and in a beautiful building. The rooms are a bit small and the mattresses a bit old. The breakfast was incredible and the hotel featured a private sauna perfect to relax after a day out in the cold. We had a problem the last day due to wrong communication given to us on arrival - the hotel staff has been outstanding in proposing a solution which went beyond our expectations. A particular thank you to the Front Office Manager for taking good care of us

Facilities a little dated but the hotel is full of charm. We highly recommend it, especially for location, breakfast and attention of the staff

This hotel is well located but didn’t reach my expectation at all for a 4 star hotel.

Great location Great entrance hall

The breakfast room is totally underground, with very poor lighting and it was quite cold. It wasn’t up to my expectations. The room wasn’t furnished well enough for a 4 star hotel. The bathroom felt quite outdated and with no storage place to put your stuffs. Not even a kettle and tea in the room, not water. No speaker or any nice element in the room.

Very good value for money

The staff was very friendly, the various breakfast options were amazing, and the location is a good starting point to discover Stockholm. We even used the small sauna which was not charged extra.

Very good

Very centrally located, though very quiet on the inside. Very nice breakfast range, but on busy days it was challenging to find an empty table in the breakfast area.

The room was small and dark, no room service until 4pm-10pm, I wanted to order some coffee in the morning but they didn’t do that

The location is good and there is an easy access to the city centre, tube, restaurants, railway station, and shopping facilities. The staff at the hotel was really polite, nice and professional. They really tried to make your visit as the best as possible.

Downstairs is a bar that plays music really loudly until 2 am during the weekends. If you wish to relax and sleep well during your visit this may not be the hotel for you. Perfect hotel from Sunday to Tuesday visits when the bar downstairs is closed or closes before midnight. The hotel locates in an old property so there is no air conditioning or soundproofing.

Comfortable hotel in a great location

The rooms were nice with comfortable beds, and the staff were absolutely wonderful - very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was had a lot of variety and healthy options, and was served for several hours without the buffet ever feeling depleted. Location was fantastic, we could walk everywhere and there are lots of good restaurants nearby.

The first room I had (388) was incredibly noisy (loud live music from the restaurant till late at night, glass containers being emtied early in the morning right under the window etc.), but I could change to a much quieter room without a problem the next day when I asked about it.

We will be back!

The staff were amazing and so helpful. All smiles at reception and they really wanted to help with any query we had. they provided tea and coffee for the room when requested and also extended the check out time for my friend who was ill on the last day without any question. The breakfast was so good, we especially loved the make your own waffle station.

Staff was really nice and helpful. Clean and comfortable bed and bathroom. Breakfast was awesome.

Really really small room. I understand you pay for location, but the room was a bit worn out. I would not mind paying so much if the interior was a little bit more fresh. And there is no place where to put sope.

The staff were fantastic. I arrived early and asked to store my bags for a few hours. Instead, they just found me a room that was available. The breakfast is excellent. Get there early, though, to avoid crowds.

The more basic rooms are very small, but that's why the prices were so reasonable. I'd stay here again
