The breakfast, good internet, very nice staff
The shower soap was completely out when i came, room wasnt particularly clean as i found a pack of tobacco under the bed, there was some dust too and the distance to anything of the tourist spots was quite long

Welcoming staff and super helpful! Comfortable beds, over all good rooms. Would be nice to have a shelf in shower to storage shampoo and conditioner.

Nothing I did not like, we came to breakfast 40 minutes before closing and a few things that are popular were finished and nothing more to come. I would understand 10 minutes before but I was a bit dissapointed.

The location of the hotel is quite close to the metro station, which make it easier to navigate around and Kungsholmen area is a nice area to discover as well. Their breakfast selection was quite good.
As much as sustainability is important so does customer experience. They don’t clean your room every day, which is absolutely okay but the moment that I checked in, shower was dirty, towels were smelly and there were hairs everywhere.
