This was the best of thd hotels we stayed at during a month long holday in Vietnam. The staff as in all the hotels were helpful and ready to cater for your every need.
Breakfasts were a winner in a large area occupying the whole top floor. The quality of the tropical fruits was excellent, topped up endlessly and great quality. Each day there were different hot and cold items to select from.
Staff here again got to know your likes and willingly organised coffees and eggs and pancakes etc according to what you desired.
The location is excellent re access to quality shopping, banks, cafés, craft breweries and some popular and original coffee spots.
The gym is excellent, a real gym with a good array of equipment and free weights.
The room safe was actually fixed to the cupboard and not like many where you can walk off with the whole safe!
I would stay here anytime I came to Hue.because of its location and the breakfasts.

Breakfast had lots of options.
I really didn’t like this hotel. I’m sure there must be somewhere better at this price point and maybe even closer to the Imperial City. It’s in need of a big refurb. Room was next to the lift and the walls are so thin/corridors echoey that I felt like people in the corridor were in my room which disrupted my sleep. The shower head moved around while in use so the bathroom got soaked, nails sticking out the tiles of the bath, hard bed. The staff were polite but quite unhelpful when it came to needing a taxi, saying Grab was the only option even when the wait time kept going up. When the doorman saw how stressed I was about maybe missing my bus he easily flagged a cab for me from the roadside so I’m confused why reception couldn’t have suggested this first and helped my stress.
