Comfortable room in a lovely garden in an upmarket suburb of Lima. Miquel went above and beyond providing coffee at 6 am

Great location in a safe part of Lima. Set in a pleasant walled garden so it was quiet and peaceful- unusual for Lima. Good sized comfortable room. Miquel the manager went above and beyond

Excelente, would definitely stay here again.

The staff was excellent and accommodated my abnormal check and and check out hours. I also arrived and the breakfast service was closed, but when they found out I hadn’t eaten they prepared me a fantastic breakfast.

The beds could be more comfortable.

Excellent location, polite and helpful staff, comfortable beds

As a pescatarian we had a very tasty eggs for breakfast but there was no greens for breakfast .

Location. Ample room. Wonderful Staff.

Quiet residential area with easy access to main city arteries. Thank you very much for the room upgrade, it made my 22-day stay a pleasant one. Loved waking up to chirping birds. Kudos to the Marvelous, Kind and Helpful staff. All of them made my days much easier.

Facilities are somewhat tired, need upgrades and thorough maintenance. Wish I could have been able to use the bathtub in my room. Would had preferred fresh made juices at breakfast and different kinds of fruits. Mattress and blankets were musty.

Great service 👍🏻

The manager was extremely accommodating when I asked for an early check in. Although told it could be around 1pm because he was fully booked, he made me feel at home and luckily a room was ready for 10am. Also looked after my bags while I went for some breakfast. Room was spotless. Great service. Thoroughly recommend 👍🏻

Room is quite spacious and cosy.The neighborhood is really nice and green and a pleasure to walk around.

Breakfast is very basic and there's no free water in the room. But these are small things and what ruined our impression was the payment policy which is extremely inconvenient and fishy. The hotel has prices listed in dollars and the payment policy states that you can pay in dollars or is soles and credit cards are accepted, but if you pay in soles their own conversion rate (which is nowhere near the bank rate) is applied. When I tried to pay using my credit card in USD they charged it in soles (without letting me know it) using their own conversion rate. As per hotel staff they don't have the means to charge the card in dollars (which is unclear from the letter they sent to you prior to the arrival). So I lost my money on double conversion and paid roughly 5% more than the actual rate stated on the invoice.

Good hotel for business stay

The breakfast was really minimal, good coffee though. The location is excelent for when doing business in San Isidrio in Lima dont have to waste time in traffic.
