Room was very comfortable and clean. We had a lovely, serene view. The food was close to 5-star. Our spa experience was lovely.
Selection of TV channels was very limited and none were to our taste or for children.

Even though the hotel is located slightly outside of clarens, the view from the room was very nice. Early morning waking up and seeing nature was amazing. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The hotel room was close to the main road to Clarens and even a service road, and so in the night it was very difficult due to travelling vehicles. Because of the room door and windows with some gaps, this was a bit difficult.
The room air-conditioning unit also didn't work for some time.

Not too much unfortunately
The 1 staff member preparing on the restaurant floor at the time for breakfast, most unfriendly and unaccommodating, felt like she was doing us a favour. The others that arrived hereafter to the restaurant were fairly good and the lady at the reception was really efficient and smiling, eager to assist.
