huge room, comfy beds and a nice view
under the beds was just pure dust. you also had to pay for the spa during certain hours and the pool was closed

Fantastic location and views of the volcano
We forgot to book a non-smoking room. And this made us a little uncomfortable but this was our fault

Thank you very much for excellent staying in your hotel. Sakurajima view was nice. If we will go to Kagoshima again, we will stay here.

good view of Sakurajima mountain. newly renovated room.
besides good view of the Sakurajima mountain, inconvenient location - far away from Kagoshima-chuo (train station) and other tourist destinations. old school hotel eg still using keys for entering the room, elevator slow.
