The staff was superb! Everyone was always welcoming and ready to help, responding very quickly and accommodating all our requests.
The place is stunning and very private. All the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Having our own swimming pool was amazing!
The restaurant was very good for breakfast and dinner, and the food was fresh. The massage at the spa was sooo good! Thanks so so much! We definitely would stay there again.
Maybe more variety of local Indonesian foods instead of international (but this is the case in the whole island).

Absolutely everything. The villa was beautiful, comfortable and peaceful, but what truly made our stay unforgettable was the incredible hospitality. The team went above and beyond for us and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. They even made my Father’s Day incredibly special by arranging a dessert with a personalised note for me such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture that I’ll never forget. When our son needed something from the pharmacy, they went out of their way to drive us there, which meant so much to us as parents. They also called to check in and make sure we were comfortable. The level of care, kindness and personal service was honestly the best we have ever experienced.
Honestly, there wasn’t anything we disliked about the property. Everything was excellent and the team made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay.

This was a perfect haven. The place, the people, the food, the facilities... everything was perfect and we are so grateful for the lovely and friendly staff. Our hope is to come back again as the experience was so memorable it begs to be repeated

Honestly, I cannot put into words how incredible our stay was. The property is beautiful, but what truly made it unforgettable was the people. The staff were some of the kindest and most caring people we have ever experienced at a hotel. They went above and beyond in every way. When I became sick during our stay, they brought me porridge and ginger tea without me even asking. That small act of kindness genuinely meant so much to me and is something I will never forget. We were also given a complimentary room upgrade, which was such a wonderful surprise. The food was absolutely beautiful, from breakfast to lunch and dinner, and the prices were incredibly reasonable. Every detail, every interaction and every effort from the staff made us feel genuinely cared for.
Honestly, I genuinely struggled to think of anything I didn’t like. If anything, I wish we could have stayed longer. The level of care and service made it very difficult to find a single negative thing to say.
