Excelent customer service, friendly staff, what a beuatifull view, great location. We just love the place, will go back and back again...can not wait for my next visit. The Manager, Petro, looks after everyone..she is so special, what a great weekend we had, she made our 25th anniversary extra special, thank you for creating memories that will last for ever..š¤©š„°š¤š„šAnnaliza from Polokwane

The room size, comfort and location was excellent.
Good staff at reception and also in the bar and dining room.
We enjoyed our stay.
the hotel is looking a bit tired and needs attention to detail maintenance. Plenty areas need repairing, especially the timber woodwork in the ceiling areas. There are a number of areas that require painting. The hotel needs a good spruce up.
