Would come back again for location / price / service.

- location : in between 2 station, less than 15 min walk, or 2 bus stop - 7-11 just opposite - quick responses to all my questions - laundry machine with dryer - cost per person per night is very cheap in Tokyo - property with elevator - toilet/ bathroom is separate, good for group

- no TV - no curtain next to bath tub, floor is wet & slippery after shower - no hook / hanger in bathroom

침대 개인공간이 있어서 좋았습니다.

숙소 내부 공간이 조금 협소했으나 침대 개인공간이 있다는 점이 이 단점을 상쇄함. 위치도 괜찮고 가성비도 좋아 다음에도 다시 올 의향이 있음.

地點不錯，小心選房間

位置離地鐵最近出口步行約15分鐘，地鐵站附近有商場，超市，食店，不錯

我的房間是最小的一間，兩張床佔了絕大地方，睡的地方多了，放行李的位置太少，下次希望可選雙層床，行動方便些。清潔打掃可以，但不細心，幸好同住的人多合作保持清潔安靜，。

도쿄 최고의 가성비 숙소

숙소에서 앱에 등록해둔 사진과 실제 숙소가 정확히 같은 모습이었습니다. 그 점이 매우 마음에 들었어요. 공간을 최대한으로 활용해서 있어야 할 건 다 있는 멋진 공간을 만들었습니다. 스카이트리가 매일 보이는 것도 장점입니다. 방에서 보이는지는 창문 방향에 따라서 다를 것 같아요. 저희 방 창문에서는 안 보였지만 나갈 때, 일정 마치고 돌아올 때 항상 보였어요. 스카이트리 역인 오시아게 역 거의 근처라서요. 지하철 역과의 거리, 그리 멀지 않아요. 스카이트리 쪽으로 가면 오시아게 역, 반대로는 긴시초 역. 둘 다 10분 정도 거리에 있습니다. 긴시초 역 쪽으로 가면 스미다구 종합 체육관과 Olinas 쇼핑몰이 있고 바로 앞에 있는 근린공원 같은 공원이 힐링 요소예요. 긴시초 역에서 조금만 더 걸어가면 JR 긴시초 역이 있습니다. 오시아게 역 쪽으로 가면 무슨 강이었는지 기억은 안 나지만 강이 흘러요. 그 위 다리 모습도 좋은 풍경입니다. 100% 만족스럽습니다. 다음 도쿄에 온다면 꼭 추억팔이 하러 근처에 한번쯤 들릴 것 같네요!!! 또 좋은 점은 앱으로 문의하면 길어도 한 10분 안에 답장이 옵니다. 거의 바로 와요! 그리고 친절하셔요. 내부 시설은 각 침대마다 배게 2개 이불 하나 있고 베란다 있고 책상과 의자 4개, 옷장 있고, 세탁기, 인덕션(사용은 안 했지만요), 전자레인지, 냉장고, 싱크대, 화장실, 욕실, 드라이기 등 있었습니다. 수건은 일반적인 수건 4개, 가운급 크기의 큰 수건 4개가 기본 제공이고 세탁기 통해서 빨아서 사용했어요. 칫솔치약과 컵도 구비되어 있었어요. 아무튼 숙소 덕분에 더욱 편안하고 행복한 여행이었습니다.

없습니다. 앞에 종합병원이 있어서 구급차 사이렌이 종종 들렸습니다만, 방음이 잘 되어서 크게 들리지 않았고 처음에 들어가면 3M 귀마개가 구비되어 있습니다. 그럼에도 저와 일행은 사용하지 않았을 정도로 사이렌 소리는 거슬리지 않습니다.

Average stay, if it wasn't for the "cleaning fee" amounting to 3x the price of the room itself!

The furniture and stuff was at least new.

I booked the room the day before arriving. I was on a train, tired for the day, and didn't pay attention to the price I was actually paying. The price on booking was around 3000 yen for one night (room with 2 beds). It would have been a nice stay for that money, HOWEVER after paying I found out that the actual money I spent was about 10.000 yen. It turned out that I was paying a lot of money for a so-called "cleaning-fee" (never heard of this before), which it amounted to triple the price of the roop itself, apparently. I contacted the staff literaly 1 minute after the booking, asking to cancel it, but they denied it to me, since of course they have a "no cancellation" profile on Booking. They told me that the price for the room normally would have been higher, so that the cleaning fee was neglectable, but I doubt it, seeing the actual size of the rooms (small room, with common toilet and common showers). I don't raccomend an accomodation that uses this kind of tricks to get your money

The contactless check-in was smooth and we felt right at home. The nearest public transport ststions were easily reached by foot to explore the bustling city of Tokyo.

Deceptive pricing, difficult communications and access as property is unattended, narrow staircase, meagre facilities, very small room, ambulance station across the road.

the room was very small we could almost not store our things and the the air was not clean even though we kept the window open. far from the metro we had to walk 18 min with our bags to get there

Excellent location in a very good neighborhood of Tokyo

The host left a very comprehensive and easy to follow instructions and was able to answer all of my questions with lightning fast speed!

Superb

Excellent location and pricing - hard to find a deal this good in Tokyo. The room was small, but had everything we needed - beds were extremely comfortable, and it was great to have a quick washing machine and outdoor hangers to dry laundry. Best part was the host though - excellent communication, sent through key code in a timely way, checked that we had accessed the room without issue and very kindly tried to help me locate an item I thought I had left behind.

Affordable but not very comfortable

Location was okay. 12 mins from Kinshicho Train Station. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

The facilities weren't clean. The communal areas weren't cleaned well and frequently enough, including bathrooms. No slippers provided. The beds were not comfortable and the sheets would keep coming off. Blankets were not big/long enough.
