A good experience - good relationship price/quality.

Friendly people. Big sized room, with comfortable bed and decent shower. Welcome drink. Good relationship price/quality. Breakfast starts at 6 am, which was great for us since we had an early bus.

There's a little traffic noise in the morning.

NEEDS TO IMPROVE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Location, big parking lot, big rooms, good food at restaurants,

It only takes 1 bad treatment, 1 bad experience to take away all the good service I had experienced as a regular customer for 2 years now. I haven’t felt this way at any other property I have been to. The front desk supervisor insisted that I was wrong about my booking details and wanted me to pay an extra fee for the 2nd guest, even when I had already cleared the booking details out with the front desk clerk and asked for confirmation to booking.com customer service twice, and they both gave me the reason. She was so mean to ask for the fee, she really put me in a very uncomfortable situation, and then, she suddenly changed her mind and told me that no extra charge was necessary. Like, all the bad moment I passed was for nothing. I strongly recommend to making sure of what includes your booking and what does not, once you arrive to the property, so you avoid passing an uncomfortable moment, like I did.

Stylish hotel and comfortable stay

The hotel is well decorated, super friendly staff, comfortable rooms, great location and safe parking.

The bedroom curtains were super thin - lots of light in the morning. The breakfast was the same thing everyday and the coffee was awful.

Nice clean hotel, outstanding food, very clean rooms, recommended

Very good hotel, really stands out in the city. Food is excellent, good secure parking in the compound. Staff are lovely and the rooms, clean and spacious. Good showers too. Did not want to leave as the food is stand out!

Unfortunately the staff didn’t speak english, but they all made an effort to communicate with us.

Quirky vibe that made it stand out. Excellent location, just a short walk to the main plaza with shopping nearby. Interesting drinks at the bar. Don't stay here if you are easily offended because the names of the drinks do include some profanity.

Room was clean.

5 soles for a bottle water that we didn't drink, very costly. Breakfast was very poor, not much of a selection ... Have to ask for a second towel, when the room was booked for 2 people, and 2 people were staying ... Annoying!

The hotel is very well located close to the city center and the bus station. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice and delicious. Perfect stay.
