Me gustaría destacar la atención al cliente. Desde que ingresé al hotel, la atención fue muy buena. Un aspecto que considero muy importante es que te escuchan y te brindan alternativas de acuerdo con tus necesidades.
En ese sentido, quiero agradecer especialmente a la Srta. Keila por el excelente trato y la disposición que tuvo conmigo. Como debía salir a tempranas horas de la mañana, ella me ofreció la opción de contar con el desayuno en un “box”, lo cual fue un detalle que valoré mucho.
Gracias a la Srta. Keila, puedo decir que mi experiencia en el hotel fue muy satisfactoria y, sin duda, será una experiencia que recordaré.

I stopped into three different hotels in a process that was too familiar: Trying to communicate to the Latin Americans employees what constitutes "good Internet." Most had fast download (200-300 mb/s) but the upload was shaky. Probably infrastructure for delivering content to smart TVs, but not for video conferencing. I walked all over town. I met some nice people. I looked at some nice hotels, but a pity that it didn't work. I finally raised my budget and landed at Hotel Paraiso Chiclayo. It was much better--a studio apt for myself, but still the Internet wasn't great--around 120 mb/s but sometimes dipping down to 10 mb/s. It's an infrastructure issue in Chiclayo. It sufficed.
Excellent staff. Excellent rooms. Firm mattresses. Good breakfast.
The bar was sadly not open while I was there.

The bathroom was smelling badly of mold and especially, but not only, behind the door there was growing copious amounts of black mold.
