The hotel's location was brilliant, and the staff was really nice. The place is not too far from Phaya Thai, Thailand's new playground, and you just need a 5-minute BTS ride to Siam Center, which is great.
The lighting is not that great, especially in my bathroom. Moreover, from my perspective, the two big mirrors in the corner by the bed are kinda creepy. It was good overall, but I just think that it could do better with the room conditions.

NOTHING WENT WELL. ON MY BOOKING I HAD BREAKFAST FOR EVERYONE IN 5 ROOMS INCLUSIVE. HOTEL TOLD US BREAKFAST WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THE ROOMS. I CAN CLEARLY REMEMBERED BREAKFAST WAS INCLUDED. OUR GROUP WERE ROBBED HAVING TO PAY FOR BREAKFAST AND BUYING OUTSIDE.
I DID NOT LIKE THAT ON ARRIVAL I WAS TOLD THAT BOOKING.COM DID NOT INFORM THEM HOW MANY KIDS WAS BOOKED. ON ARRIVAL WE DID NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE ROOMS FOR MORE THEN HOUR. WE HAD TO PAY EXTRA R15600 BEFORE EVERYONE WAS LED TO THERE ROOMS.

Location, 15 minute walk to shopping centres.
Crowded room, to much furniture as was the hotel overall. Balcony ridiculous, narrow ledge, unsafe to use. Just standing space with low railing. Unsafe!!
