Overall, this is a relatively new accommodation that appears to have opened only a few months ago, so the place is clean and still in good condition. The location is fairly convenient as well — about a 10-minute walk to BTS Ratchathewi station and around a 25-minute walk to MBK Center. The neighborhood also feels more local and less touristy, which we appreciated. That said, there are a few areas where improvements could make the stay more comfortable for future guests.

1. No lift & weak Wi-Fi on the 4th floor Guests should note that the building has no lift, only stairs. We originally booked a room on the 2nd floor but agreed to switch to the 4th floor after the host explained another family had an elderly grandmother who could not climb that high. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi connection on the 4th floor was very weak throughout our stay, even after the router was reset. Simple tasks like checking directions on Google Maps took a long time to load and I often had to rely on my mobile data. It may help if the property installs additional routers or signal extenders so all floors can have stable Wi-Fi. 2. Construction outside the property One day before our arrival, we were told that the road directly outside the property was under construction. While this was understandably outside the host’s control, it would have been helpful to receive this information earlier so guests could plan accordingly. The construction made walking with luggage difficult (there was no proper walking ground). We appreciated the help carrying our luggage during check-in. However, no assistance was offered during checkout, even though the stairs and construction made it difficult for us to manage our luggages. 3. Additional mirror in the room The only mirror was inside the bathroom. Adding an additional mirror in the bedroom area would make it easier for multiple guests to get ready at the same time, especially for family rooms (can stay up to 4 pax). 4. Toilet roll holder placement The toilet roll holder was positioned quite low and in an awkward spot, which made it a little inconvenient to use.
