Plenty of closet and drawer space for longer term stay. Body scale in room.

Location is very strategic, you go down there is Novena Square mall and also MRT. In the Novena Square mall, there are supermarkets (Fair Price and Cold Storage), also japanese supermarkets like Donki and Daiso. Hotel is also near hospitals and medical centres and specialists so could be very convenient for medical tourists. Staff are very friendly, cleaner even tidied up my charger cables.

Room is a bit small
I asked Indian female receptionist for a room overlooking Novena Church
She gave me room overlooking pool
If she does not know where the Church is, she should ask her colleague!
And she should have warned me my room was furthest away from the lift
Some people cannot walk so far - she should inform in advance - do you mind a room some distance from the lift?
You should provide 2 bottles drinking water

Good location to the MRT was a bit out of town but quiet. Nice views from the pool area. Staff who cleaned the rooms most days didn’t a great job.
Few things, in our room there was repairs made which clearly had been rushed so made the room look untidy: in the bathroom was long cracks. The room had been redecorated not long ago and hadn’t been wiped down properly. I have videos as well for more evidence
