Toller Aufenthalt mit tollen Möglichkeiten am Abend. Pool, Fitness und Aussicht sind toll.

Das Bad und die Aussicht sind wirklich toll. Bei Ankunft im Hotel wurden wir herzlich empfangen, das Gepäck abgenommen, Begrüßungsgetränk, alles tip top. Leider war das Kinderbett bei Ankunft noch nicht fertig, was aber innerhalb kürzester Zeit nachgeholt wurde. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und die Angestellten sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Fitness ist mit tollen Geräten ausgestattet. Das Frühstück ist großartig, sogar unser Sohn hat geschwärmt. Von Thai-Nudelsuppe bis jap. Spezialitäten ist alles zu finden. Wirklich tolles Hotel.

Es sind wirklich nur Kleinigkeiten. Im Hotel sind zu unserer Zeit sehr viele junge jap. Männerpaare unterwegs gewesen. Die stören natürlich nicht, man sollte es nur zur Orientierung wissen. Das Hotel befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Nachtmarkt u zum Schwulenviertel. Der Pool könnte ringsum mit Pflanzen etwas schöner angelegt sein, jetzt sind da nur nur noch Mauern mit Bewässerung. Es ist trotzdem noch schön, aber andere Hotels haben da schon ordentlich aufgerüstet. Aber trotzdem alles schick, aber halt eine Kleinigkeit.

Food selection was great, staff super friendly, fantastic spa experience, beautiful food, stunning room. What was not too like! Couldn’t fault the place, best hotel I’ve stayed at in Thailand for sure. I will certainly be back :)

Comfortable and convenient stay

Centrally located. All amenities are located nearby. The check-in process was smooth. The staff was very welcoming. Mr.Boom the concierge gave us so many tips and pointers considering our preferences that we planned our 2-3 days tours based on his suggestions and it turned out very enjoyable.

Nothing really. But more vegetarian options on the breakfast menu would be greatly appreciated.

The location is great for us. Lots of bars, restaurants, and massage parlors close by. Pool is not bad either!

I think in comparison to other similar hotels in this price range in Bangkok, the rooms could use a bit of updating. They also seem not as clean as some we have stayed at in the past.

ONE OF THE BEST!

Everything! Beautiful breakfast and rooms and staff were great probably one of the best hotels I've stayed at in Thailand! would highly recommend it. great gym and bool. right in the old school district and the Patpong markets!

More drinks need to be added to the creative hour :) Prices were a little high

Never disappoints

This was about our 20th stay at this hotel, it's just the best - great value, great pool, fantastic lobby that always smells amazing. The location is unbeatable, close to the Skytrain at Sala Daeng, Patpong market which is now completely up and running again with a new dedicated food bit is just across the road, there are also lots of other restaurants and bars to go to. It's a short Tuk Tuk ride to the river for water taxis too and convenient for both airports. Rooms are big with great views, breakfast is fabulous,

Stunning facility in an excellent location with exceptional service

The bed and comfortable furnishings combined with exceptional customer service for a true 5 star experience.

The heated toilet seat was uncomfortable and I just couldnt adjust it. Wanted to turn it off but no simple way to do that. And the personal washer jets were both weak and unsatisfying. Bring back the hand held spray guns please.

never gonna live here again

1. We waited for 35 mins for me to check in, when there is only 3 people in front of us. 2. after 35mins of wait, they first gives me the wrong room and then later tell us that they provide the wrong room key. 3. When the WiFi not working, I contacted the reception and waited for 1 hour didn’t get any response. I have to go downstairs and they simply took 10 seconds to reset the network and it worked now. 4. The bedsheet is dirty, I have to call the reception to clean it up.
