Liked the apartment and staff kept facilities and room clean
When I was in my room in rain was heavy my bathroom electric light fixture leaked more than just dripping water. Bathrooms and water and electricity is very dangerous. When I reported it staff knew room and issue, was shocked it was not fixed and handled immediately

Staff extremely helpful, I could message anytime and all my questions answered and sorted. beautiful breakfast, room comfy and excellent. Walking distance to main areas. Laundry facilities. toilet is very fancy too!
Our bathroom shower was hard to get water temp right.

It was close to everything. Also the staff left me a birthday cake in my room for my birthday. I thought that was a really nice touch
The drapes were falling down. Also no microwave or iron in the room. The hotel wants you to pay them to iron. The hotel supplies slippers but they didn't have any in the room. There was a lady in the dinning hall that kept asking me am I going to pay for breakfast. I explained to her there was a really nice gentleman that told me to wait until I finished eating before I paid. He still insisted I pay right away. This happened on several occasions.
