The staff are always very friendly and helpful.
The location is perfect with a shuttle service to Asoke MRT and BTS and Terminal 21, or to The Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre and MRT.
Beautiful Benchakitti Park is a short walk.

The rooms are spacious, the kitchen is well equipped, and the gym is probably the strongest part of the property. Having a Lawson and Coffee Club downstairs is also very convenient, especially for longer stays.
The property looks much newer and more polished in the booking photos than it feels in person. Many areas and room fixtures show their age, the carpet and bathroom did not feel especially clean, the location is farther from BTS/MRT than expected, and the tuk-tuk shuttle was uncomfortable because of the frequent acceleration and braking. The “Lakeview” name also felt misleading when staying in the rear building, and providing only two bottles of water per room per day felt surprisingly stingy.
