We enjoyed the stay!

The location is great. Close proximity to restaurants, high end shopping malls, and BTS station. The hotel is cozy, clean and comfortable. Ideal for a family holiday accommodation. The hotel comes with full kitchen appliances and every works. Beddings were comfortable and we are able to be well rested every night. The hotel is off the Main Street of Sukhumvit 24, as such it is very quiet, away from the traffic noise. The hotel staff is helpful to tend to our needs and took immediate action to our complains about the air conditioning which had issues during our stay.

Просторный номер, светлый, чистый. Кухня, зона для сна и для отдыха. Окно во всю стену. Рядом метро, большой торговый центр, место с простой едой. Район лучше, чем тот, куда приходит поезд из аэропорта.

Нет такого.

친절한 스탭들과 좋은 위치

친절한 직원들과 BTS역과 가까운 좋은 위치. 레지던스답게 전자레인지 등 취사시설과 큰 냉장고의 존재가 장점임. 특히 침대가 무척 편했음.

시설이 노후되어, 개보수가 필요한 부분들이 있음.

Top location, lovely rooms, need to slow down and organise front desk info better.

Location great near BTS, 7/11s and Emporium area. Lovely rooms, very comfortable.

Front desk in a bit of a rush to do everything, often try to multitask while dealing with you and therefore it can appear quite disorganised. Some confusion on a few areas of my stay.

Good location. I think, good location is the most strong competitiveness. near big shopping mall and metro.

not operating hotel breakfast(adjacent, another hotel's restaurant), not good wifi condition

Pleasant stay

Staffs are really friendly and helpful.

Breakfast should be better. We stayed there for 3 weeks but food was always the same and with limited options.

Convenient and spacious in a good location.

Spacious and friendly staff, handy location to Phrom Phong sky train and Helix food building. Basic breakfast included was good - they know how to make a good omelette.

Building services are a bit noisy in 7101.

Location great, breakfast very poor, beds fine

Breakfast disappointing, coffee poor quality, same with poor quality of fruit juice, croissants, bread and salad. Even although we had prepaid for 4 breakfasts we were told the buffet (poor quality) was free but for a’la Carte there would be a charge, so our children went to Starbucks for breakfast…

Breakfast was poor standard, using cheapest ingredients ie coffee only lukewarm and very bad quality- could not drink it

no value for money! dirty dirty rooms

location was good

dirty room with dust on the furnitures. smelled like old wood and stale air. dirty kitchenware. everything looked old and dirty and smelly. i was deceived by 8.4 rating. this should be 4. oakwood suites which is right across and costs a bit more is much better value for money! they didnt let me cancel a d get refund so i moved to another hotel anyways and forfeited the money. it was unstayable.

Overall, we are happy with the accommodation.

the location is good, near to many massage outlets, near food options ans 7-Eleven just beside the premise. Safe area to stay in. Near to BTS and Emporium. 2 bedroom apartment is comfortable for family of 4.

Property is quite old.

An ok stay...

Location was good. Service staff were very good. Gave us another room for the night to fix the air-conditioning.

Really slow to make up room. Air-conditioning didn't work, took a day to fix it. Breakfast was really minimal...

Very well managed hotel in the heart of Sukhumvit, great location, super nice experience

Great location, 100 m away from Emporium / EmQuartier high end malls, also 100 m away from MRT station,very well connected. Staff is fabulous, they really treat you like a special guest every time you interact with them. Although the furnishing and design does not represent the latest trends, the hotel is extremely well maintained and super clean. Based on my research at the time one of the best price / value ratio in the area. Well equipped gym, although it is located in the basement, so no fresh air, or view while working out. Very well managed estate, this hotel is going to everything at their power to make your stay more enjoyable.

Net was sluggish at times, but overall stable (free, included in the room price). Breakfast which was (at the time) also included in the room price as free of charge was rather basic, could not eat it more than two days...

Good location, Helpful staffs

The location is perfect to go anywhere. Just walking distance to BTS and Department stores. The staffs are helpful and ready to service.

If you bring a car, the staff will bring it to the automatic parking which is not convenient at all. Also, the facility is a bit of old.
