Room was clean and the beds comfortable, what really sticked out for me was the service. Friendly staff that lives up to the country slogan ”the land of smiles” specially the porters, it was amazing that they noticed the small details which made the stay so much better.

Location of this Hotel is perfect as you have accsess to BTS within 2 min walk easy to get a Grab, the room that we stayed in was the Skyview Executive Suite and it was a good size with good views
Unfortunatly the Hotel is not a 5 star as it boasts it's a 4 at best, when we booked one of the reasons was the Vanilla Sky Roof Top Bar and 2 days before we arrived our credit card was charged and from that point there was no refund available so around 10 minutes after the card was charged we received and email telling us that the Roof Top Bar was closed for renovations, well how convieniant had we have been told this upon booking which they most certainly would have known we could have booked another Hotel and that was only the tip of the iceberg if I was to list all the issuses with this Hotel it would be longer than the book War and Peace
