MY son really enjoyed songkran. We were drenched when we walked in, but the staff were perfectly understanding about it. All the staff were wonderful.

Poolbereich und Rooftopbar waren sehr gut. Frühstücksbuffet war besonders gut.

Zimmer wirken etwas abgenutzt u waren nicht besonders sauber.

Чисто, добротные номера, качественная и современная отделка, быстрое заселение, очень приветливый персонал, идеальное месторасположение, чистый и спокойный переулок вблизи все крупные ТЦ, магазины, метро, парки и пр. В отеле есть классный бар на крыше.

В дУше еле тёплая вода, хотя в раковине хорошая горячая, в остальном только плюсы )

Zentral gelegenes Hotel - super als Ausgangslage für die Erkundung von Bangkok

Sehr zentral gelegen und gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr, schönes Zimmer, tolles Frühstück (große Auswahl - nicht nur kontinentales Frühstück sondern sehr viel asiatisches), Skybar ist auch sehr zu empfehlen

Good comfortable stay for a short break.

The hotel is very nice, clean, comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread was very good. The BTS is about 10 minutes walk away.

Overall, we experienced a pleasant stay for the entire 10 nights we stayed.

We liked the room with a view West to see the sunset and down to the pool. The room was nice and spacious, and the shower was fantastic. The location was absolutely ideal for us as we were moving to Bangkok into an Apartment Building in Sukhumvit Soi 18 (Soi Pichit, the connection Soi between Sukhumvit Soi 18 and Soi 20) which is only just 200 meters away from the Novotel entrance. We also liked the vast range of breakfast food available.

Rooms were sometimes only made late afternoon, and one day it even got forgotten, so we had to call reception to send somebody to make up our room for the night.

Good room,view and location And they fixed my laundry when it was not finished when im was checking out And left it with my luggage

My room was not finished when i arrived 14.30 So i needed to wait and take my nap in the lounch until around 15.30 And then there was hair and dirt in the room I asked for a beer but they could not serve me before 17.00 thats what they atleast could do when they are 1,5 hour late after their check in 14.00.... They have foodserving or a burgerrestaurant in the reception,so alot of noice there with Indian people The rooftop bar is overpriced with blasting dj-music,cant even communicate But a nice view over the city in the night And need to wait forever on the elevator Its a 3 star hotel

Exceptional

Everything about this place was great. Was a great start to our vacation. Rooftop bar and also the pool we're a welcome surprise too. Great location just off the main road but sooo quiet. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for an easy slide into your holiday. We even had a massage there.

A good base to explore Bangkok.

Polite staff, Hassle free, Very good international breakfast selection, The rooftop bar is worth the experience and the swimming pool area is relaxed also.

The rooms are all spotlessly clean. The location is great, and the staff are exemplary.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious and the pool was nice

Would be nice to have some information guides in the rooms to help with using the local MRT train network, and getting tickets. Also some tourist information, and ideas for local places to visit, including restaurant recommendations.

Pool was brilliant, breakfast buffet had lots of choices and i loved the little notes next next to each drink or dish, excellent nutritional value. Location was near Asok and Sukunvit. Would return when coming back to Thailand. View from pool was lovely.

Everything. I've stayed here about 5 or 6 times now and every time it's wonderful, the beds are so comfy, beautifully clean, and the location is fantastic.

They've removed room service menus from the rooms and I wanted to order room service and couldn't.
