Excellent location. Very friendly and responsive staff.
The rooms are run down, not consistentely cleaned. Panorama room looked a bit different from the pics. Bathroom was flooded every time we showered. There is a staircase at the entrance to go up to the room which is not so practical for travellers. During the 3 weeks of stay the floor wasnt vacuumed, only once, when I specifically asked for it. Staff were nice and responsive though when we asked.

The service from everyone I met was fantastic, no complaints at all
Everyone was super friendly and helpful, staff couldn't have done more to make me feel welcome

The room itself, while it is like the pictures, it is looking tired
Stains on chairs and curtains, shaving mirror light not working. No remote control for Aircon and the fridge is a bit noisy when trying to sleep
All minor issues, they really are and the staff made up for everything, I would 100% stay there again
