Very comfortable, great value and lovely staff.
They were doing renovations or something, so the sound of jackhammers continued all day.

Great value great staff great accommodation. Great communication I have stayed previously 2 times so it’s good value all round.
Breakfast was poor quality and lacking European tasted no bacon no real sausages only frankfurter for breakfast and a surly eggs shelf who only wanted to cook under cooked eggs and not what was requested. Very limited and bland food giving the look of cheapness and lack of interest.
Great hotel room apart from bath in room 603 which is frankly disgusting. Needs replacement shower leaks all over the bathroom floor seals broken on shower screen.
Hotel rather noisy due to on going renovations some times going on until 10pm when I called to complain

Foyer area was nice. Breakfast was decent and pool was nice. Staff were very friendly.
Very dated. We had a terrace room, was very old. One bathroom didn't get hot water. The other had a leaking toilet. Our door buttons didn't work so could not put do not disturb or make
Up room signs on. Outside the rooms, hallways, carpet, walls are extremely old
