We had a large suite with two bedrooms and this was really nice when travelling with children or a family. We loved the pool facilities, the great breakfast and the superb location, which was just 3 min walk from both MRT blue line and BTS, so you reach the whole of Bangkok easily. There are also several malls close by.
The staff was amazing and so helpful! Also, the hotel offered late check out and free soup in the evenings, as well as welcome drinks. Would recommend and stay there again!

The staff were friendly and helpful. Some more than others.
It is very dated. The breakfast included was not very nice. During my stay in Thailand around Bangkok and the islands it was by far the worst breakfast.
