The hotel is well situated. Literally metres from Asok BTS station and Sukhumvit MTR station. Definite bonus for those using trains to get to and from the Airport or the tourist hubs of Bangkok. Terminal 21 Shopping centre is across the road as well as a number of good restaurants. A very good breakfast is offered in the ground floor restaurant. The room was clean and comfortable and well appointed. The staff were friendly and helpful. Reception is on level 2 with all the rooms on floors above and all accessible by lift.
Nothing really. As a solo traveller all my needs were accommodated for, I would definitely stay here again.

The 24-hour lobby staff were very accommodating, and we were even able to check in early in the morning. The staff also helped us carry our luggage, which was greatly appreciated. Service was very fast whenever we requested water, coffee sticks, slippers, or other items. The hotel was also thoroughly cleaned, and the staff were respectful and cheerful. They would greet us whenever we met them in the hallways or at the lobby entrance, which always made us feel welcome. The location was very convenient, with the BTS Skytrain and Sukhumvit MRT Subway Station nearby. It is also in the heart of Sukhumvit, with convenience stores, coffee shops, street food, and other places within walking distance. Terminal 21 is also just a walk away. The room was spacious and accessed by keycard, and the bathroom had a water heater and bidet.
The main downside was the noise in the evening since the hotel is right beside a busy street, and some tuk-tuks could be quite loud, especially at night. The bidet spray was somewhat old and sometimes took a while before the water would spray. The bathroom design also allowed some water to leak onto the floor outside the shower because the shower was quite close to the door. One thing to note is that there is a see-through glass panel in the shower, although there is a curtain for privacy. The shower's heat control was also somewhat difficult to adjust. There was also a 2,000 baht room deposit, but the staff were understanding when we explained that we did not have cash yet because we planned to exchange our currency the next day. We were able to provide the deposit the following day, and it was returned to us when we checked out.
