Great central location, within easy 2 minute walk from Asok/Sukhumvit train interchange, shops, places to eat and drink, on a quiet cul-de-sac so not exposed to the noise of nearby streets and rowdy bars. Friendly staff and clean modern room with a modern bathroom and good hot shower.
Room seemed to lack fresh air supply and was quite stuffy, windows were bolted shut and there did not appear to be any ducted air inlets for fresh air. If ducted air is not possible then the windows should be allowed to be opened.
Aircon was very noisy making sleeping difficult with the AC running, so I had to turn it off during the night.
At least there were no noisy bars nearby!

Great location. Clean and comfortable.
They could do well to have some meal options available or some vending machines. Serving a light continental breakfast would be great, especially for those of us who don’t particularly want to have a Thai style breakfast.
