Location would get score 10 if 7-11 is on this side of the street! But it’s still close to the BTS station and terminal 21.
Noise from the street cars and from other room. The sound proof can be better!

Facilities, bathroom and everything else is a but old and showing its age but they have been maintained meticulously and are all functioning or working well.
The elevator door. I was "clipped" by the doors more than a few times when I was exiting the elevator when they began to start closing. The hold time for the elevator doors seem to be extremely short. And, the contact sensors are not very sensitive when the door hit my arms.

The staff were faultless,the room was comfortable and clean with great Aircon, the breakfast was also good quality, and the location just a 3 minute walk to the BTS/MRT Asoke, perfect stay.

The hotel is placed in a lovely location, close to the sky train, MRT and several malls. As a tourist, you can use this as a good hub for many activities.
Some of the staff members were really nice and friendly! The beds and pillows were really comfortable. They have a beautiful pool area on the rooftop, with great views, although no staff around...
The hotel is in massive need of a renovation. The furniture is old and broken and although they do the best to keep everything clean, it needs a total revamp. Bathrooms were ok but bedroom area overall disappointing. Breakfast could use some more attention, also the pool area where sunbeds need an upgrade.
Not the best for this price point, for sure.
