The hotel was excellent, and I was very impressed with their service. After making my booking, I requested connecting rooms, which the hotel kindly accommodated. They also went the extra mile by providing complimentary breakfast for my two children.
The housekeeping service was superb. The housekeeper was incredibly helpful and did a wonderful job tidying up and arranging everything neatly.
A special mention to Max from the concierge team, who was extremely friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service throughout our stay.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others!
The air freshener could have a slightly more pleasant fragrance. The breakfast selection could also be improved, as the choices were quite repetitive and almost the same every day.

Perfect location
The property itself is lovely and in a very convenient, perfect location. However, one area that could be improved is the reception service. During our stay, we found the reception team to be quite reserved and, at times, not very welcoming or approachable.
A warmer greeting, a smile, and a little more friendliness from the reception staff would make a big difference to the overall guest experience. The hotel is otherwise in a great location and has a lot of potential.
