The breakfast was great. I loved having a balcony
There were no chairs on the balcony, there was only enough sachets for one coffee.
After a long flight and finally getting to the room the room service had stopped. After 10pm there is no room service.
Not possible to have a coffee and a cigerette at this hotel unless you order a coffee from grab and go downstairs out of the hotel to their little smoking area.
Whilst smoking is a terrible habit we are also paying customers. Is it so hard to cater to everyone?
It was only an overnight stay for me and the restaurant across the street reception recommended was fantastic.
Overall it was ok, staff were great.

I like how accomodating the staff. They can even provide laundry rack for your laundry. Love it!
I was expecting to have washing machine in my room cause i thought thats what i reserved as i check the photo in booking.com it says it include washing machine to my disappointment the room doesnt have washing machine

Location was great. Public transport easily accessible from hotel. Walking optional, which is handy to view everyday life at a slower pace. Staff are always superb. The pool water was really fresh and left you feeling good, not covered in chlorine. Breakfast buffet was excellent. The room was wonderful with the balcony to look over the river. House keeping was also great. The gym was handy as well.
The only downside was the beds (two) were rock hard, it took a week for the body to recover. Very clean linen and well made just no give in the mattress whatsoever.
