We had such a lovely stay here. The location is great, the service was excellent, and overall we really enjoyed our time at the hotel.
The pool area was probably our favourite spot, really relaxing and a great place to spend a few hours. The staff at the pool bar were fantastic, but there was one female member of staff in particular who really stood out. Unfortunately, I can’t remember her name, but she was absolutely wonderful, so friendly, attentive and genuinely welcoming. She always made sure we had everything we needed and really made our time by the pool that little bit more special. I wish I could remember her name so I could give her the recognition she deserves!
Breakfast was exceptional and honestly one of the highlights of our stay. There was so much choice, everything was fresh and beautifully prepared, and the quality was excellent. We looked forward to it every morning and it was easily one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had in a long time.
A really enjoyable stay from start to finish. We’d definitely recommend this hotel and would happily come back!

Location was good with easy access to the river and river ferries that took you to the different locations around the city.
Exceptional breakfast. All the facilities were good and pool had gorgeous views over the city and river.
It is a large hotel that lacks intimacy and although there were a number of lifts there was always a tedious wait. Whilst the pool was beautifully positioned children jumping and screaming without any limits did ruin the swimming opportunity.
