Exceptional staff, everyone is very welcoming, friendly, and actively introducing themselves and asking how to help you.
The Varandah breakfast area is a bit hot, and expose to rain, should have extendable awnings to cover the area in case of rain. Some ceiling fan will help too. The customers and especially staffs with their full coat is sweating profusely.

The room very comfortable and big .
I don’t think the hotel should charge my credit card nearly $1500 just security for 3 days .

Beautiful property, amazing staff and attention to detail. Also the location is perfect. Right on the river and there is also a free boat shuttle that takes you across the river to the SoIcon mall.
Nothing that I didn’t like.
