After arriving very early on an overnight flight due to a family medical emergency, I was met by a lovely lady at reception who let me leave my luggage whilst attending to my family. The bed was comfy and the room had everything you need to sleep and cook if needed. There is a guest lounge with tea and coffee along with a vending machine should you need snacks.
The location was a short stroll to both St Vincents and Prince Charles hospital which was very handy for me and the main reason I booked it.
It was a short uber ride to the nearest Westfield and around $30 to the airport.
The inital lady attending reception was helpful and lovely despite being busy.however my next interaction on Saturday morning 31st October was dreadful. On attending reception to enquire about leaving early, I was left feeling quite insulted and belittled by a very inpatient young lady who not only spoke to us dreadfully but pulled the most absurd faces just because I did not hear her question aboit my room number, mainly due to the fact I was speaking and she interupted me in the middle. It left us feeling a bit upset. Clealry needs more training in how to hold your composure in a service related role. Utterly disgusting.

The location is great - very handy to shops and a Westfield. The beds are comfortable. There are not enough power points in the unit so charging phones and laptops was challenging. The clothes dryer makes a loud clanging noise when running - it sounds like something is loose in the internal mechanism. The bathroom & toilet floors needs scrubbing - the grout is filthy and the toilet is a bit smelly from the vent in the floor.

Small unit. Overpriced for size and location. Older fixtures, not well appointed for a $600 per night apartment. Waaaay overpriced.
