Recepcionista soberbia, borde y mal educada

La cama era cómoda , el apartamento pequeño pero acogedor

Nada más llegar el trato nefasto de la recepcionista, su forma prepotente y soberbia al hablarnos y negarse a hacernos el check-in porque decía que ella tenía vida propia y tenía que irse a las 14:00h cuando eran las 13:57 y acababa de atender a otra persona delante de nosotros y seguía sentada en recepción ,pudiendo decirnos amablemente que a las 17h se podría hacer si tenía prisas, sin embargo nos lo hizo “como un favor” pidiendo el DNI y dejándolo caer al suelo al en vez de darlo en la mano, tardó menos de 1 minuto en hacer el check-in y salió a su hora que eran las 14h en punto y pudo no perder tiempo en tratarnos mal, nos dio un juego de llaves, no nos explicó absolutamente nada y se fue, una pena tener gente trabajando cara al público con tan poca educación. El colmo fue a la salida viendo cómo le hacía la pelota a una pareja de extranjeros y explicándoselo todo con un mapa cuando a nosotros no tuvo la vergüenza ni decirnos que llaves abrían cada puerta, el sitio está bien y en todo el centro pero con personas así pierde mucho y deja mucho que desear, en esta vida hay que ser más profesional sabiendo que el cliente lleva siempre la razón, no le puse una hoja de reclamaciones por no amargarnos la estancia pero tengo clarísimo que no volveré alojarme y no por el sitio sino por el trato que tuvimos.

Really nice place for the price, and a comfortable bed to sleep.

The office closes at 9:00 PM and my train from Seville was late. It was stressful because I arrived at 9:02 PM and the receptionist had already closed the door and there was no answer on the phone number provided. At about 9:07 a receptionist opened the door(after sending an arrival notification email, while standing outside the entry) with the receipt and keys to the apartment. I had sent an email in transit to notify the receptionist of our possible delay, and they didn't charge me with their standard €20.00 fee for arrivals after 9:00PM. I am thankful not to have incurred the extra €20.00 fee.

The Apartment only had the minimum necessities, 2 small containers of shampoo/body wash, and 2 plastic toothbrushes in the bathroom and towels.

Disappointing

Location mainly. Apartment was a good size and very central. We were able to witness the Easter celebrations in style.

Facilities are very poor. No kettle, no iron or iron board, no hair dryer although one was available at reception. Room only cleaned once on departure and if you want cleaning during your stay it costs extra (we stayed 4 days. Towels that were provided were well past their sell by date and should be binned. All small things really and could be easily corrected it they were amenable to spending a small bit of money

dissatisfied about BIG check in extra charge

Location, size of apartment, heating. It was clean, beds were comfy, I would give rate at least 8 to the apartment itself but because of situation described below I can't.

The property has extra charge for late (after 8pm) check in. There is no info how much will that be. We arrived at 9:15pm (I have this hour in my account confirmation) and we had to pay 30EUR (cost of our accommodation was 60EUR, so from 60 it was suddenly 90). Sarcastic attitude of the lady in reception did not help with overall feelings about the stay. After we entered the room, we saw a big policy hanging on the door, saying that check in between 9pm and 10pm costs 15EUR (photo attached, no info that it's per person. If so, why we did pay 30 not 45?). The next day we tried to get back 15EUR but the lady said no and didn't want to discuss this. No effect also on further trials (calls). Not fair. We were also told that someone from reception tried to contact us "many times" before check in, but we had NO CALLS. We figured out that probably he/she did not enter the Polish prefix +48 and just called someone else from Spain.

Very good

The location is really nice the place was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful

The car park is a bit of a disaster. Its very small and we got a bump and some scratches. We were driving so can't blame anyone but the car park is very small and even the turn in to enter it is small. I'm sure if your familiar with it then you would be used to it. I'll park on the street next time. There is a lot of parking around.

Lady in recepcion, nice looking house from outside.

Not working AC/heating in bedroom. There was terrible chemical smell in room, even an hour of open windows didn't help. Received a baby bed, but with no pillow or blanket - in January and in cold bedroom without heating. Only working heating was in living room - working in noisy pulses. Apartment is small, really doesn't look like 45 sq meters. Everything is wet. We left apartment after first night, as it was almost not possible just to sleep.

Very good

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment facing street. The whole building is amazing. Our Apt. was large, clean, with lot of storage space. It had a bedroom and a living room with a kitchen counter and a small balcony. There is also a bar on the ground floor of the building, where one can have a breakfast. It is located in the city centre. We were very happy with everything except the bed.

The bed mattress was very worn, we didn't sleep well.

We enjoyed our visit and the apartment was satisfactory for our needs.

The receptionist was friendly (We arrived earlier in the day than expected). Its very quiet, but still very well located for bars, restaurants and shops - as well as about 15 minutes walk from the Train station and intercity bus stop. Nice little pool area. There is a simple cafe onsite open in the mornings - although we preferred to walk a few minutes to something with more character. Good fridge/freezer in the apartment - although we only discovered the ice cube trays on the last evening.

The apartment was fairly basic, and the cleanliness was 'acceptable' - some areas had not been cleaned properly for some time. The kitchen was equipped to a minimum - just about suitable for making basic snacks. The inner courtyard outside the apartment is not designed to be a relaxation area for guests - which would have been nice for the evenings. The entrance area is on a side road - not the cleanest - and the lighting for the entrance hallway could be better arranged.

Good value for money, clean and comfortable house

The receptionists were very helpful and friendly. The house was very comfortable and clean! The inside pateo was very pleasant.

The accomodation was a little under our expectations, the furniture and amenities are a bit old/used.

Nice place, good location and value, but choose your days to stay!

The living room combined with kitchen was large, bedroom also large with great firm bed. The outside balcony area was the best surprise of all, we spent most of our time there in the evenings. The pool was good to use in the afternoon. The parking underground was also good, and yes it is better if your car is smaller. Overall the actual property is great and in a good location.

The management of the property could use some improvement. Simple things like: asking for extra towels for the pool (stayed for 3 days and bathroom towels are not changed over in that time, so we needed some extra towels for the pool), providing a towel for drying the dishes, the ability to understand requests in english (the above items, and needed a new rubbish bin liner). The overall attitude to welcome guests and interact was lacking, apart from the lady on reception that checked us in on the first night. The other big suggestion, is to fence off the pool somehow outside of normal hours. The property is like a riad with the swimming pool in the middle which is not fenced. On the Friday night there were new arrived guests swimming, drinking and talking from 10.30pm (they were told to leave as luckily there still was someone on reception) BUT then it happened again at 3am and continued for around an hour (no-one around from reception)...the room we stayed in was beside the pool...luckily that was our last night.

Location, apartment and staff

Swimming pool wasn't working. Apparently they stopped advertising the swimming pool as it tends to stop working very often, however for someone like me that had been the before and I booked straight away without checking changes it was a surprise finding it not working. I understand their point, however I would have liked if they allowed me to cancel at least few days of the booking as I explained that the main reason to book that hotel was the swimming pool. Also, the apartment was dirty including the bed linen.

Superb

Large apartment fully equiped, nice location and staff ( earlier arrival was no problem).

One wall (between bathroom and sleeping room) were a bit wet. Shower could have some small reparation.

Disappointing

Receptionist was polite and helpful

Pool was closed, Wasn't shown or told about sun terrace, air conditioning unit leaked all over tv, table and down wall, once fixed it did the exact same thing again. Was not the room I paid for it was far more inferior to the one specified. Had no recollection of our booking I had to prove it on my phone first then we were found on the system. It advertises a bar and restaurant this was only open at breakfast.
