The hotel is in great condition and really comfortable
It’s not that close to the centre but you can get a ferry right outside which is awesome

Nice quiet rooms
The hotel obviously had issues with its air conditioning system. The AC in the rooms was very ineffective and we could see the staff had been installing fans is the electrical cupboards and around the hotel to try and keep things cooler during a hot period.

Comfy bed, size of room
Seems expensive compared to others, maybe because it is in a city.
Breakfast could have been hotter.
Entrance from shopping centre not working while we were there
