Location in the old city was perfect. Historic building tastefully renovated. Lovely restaurant - amazing food with lux atmosphere and attentive service. Valet parking was very convenient.
King bed was very comfortable, but was made up of two twins with that slightly uncomfortable line in the middle.

location is perfect, ..we have stayed her many times and now that it is a Radisson the food so much better…rooms have been upgraded…..spa is wonderful

Location, historic feel, integration of of spaces into modern hotel felt respectful. Also, the concierge, Sandrine, did an amazing job of ensuring that we had wonderful experiences.
The room was a bit of a tight fit, but understandable given that the hotel occupies several old buildings

charming historical building & good location in old lyon, cute Cat manger, friendly & nice staff!
lack of lights in bedroom;
no bath”room”, only bathtub, inconvenient;
maybe our room is 2F(no idea coz maybe the cheapest option ? urgent booking, didn’t check detail), only one window next the bathtub, no other window;
taxi&Uber cannot drop off at front of hotel， taxi need permit or ask hotel to help to call taxi, a little bit inconvenient
