J'ai informé la réception lors du check out que j'avais pris une bouteille d 'eau dans le mini bar. elle m'a dit ( c'est pour moi ... pcq que je venais de lui laisser un bon pourboire ), mais bon, ma carte a été débitée de 3 euros !
NB: Je me moque des 3 euros, je n'avais rien demandé, mais bon, ca ne fait pas très pro, pour un hôtel à 174 euros la nuit !

Vraiment mal insonorisé. Le bruit constant est malheureusement assez pénible.

Staff at the reception and breakfast are just amazing. The room was clean and big enough with nice bathroom. Location is great in the city centre. Private parking available, but a bit tricky.

The shower was leaking, so we had to use 2 towels to clean the floor after each shower. If not for that it would have been 9/10 very pleasant otherwise.

The pillows and mattress were not comfortable.
The shower gel must be changed, the skin on my face was irritated for 1/2 hour!
I told the staff at the reception that I wanted the invoice in the evening, but it was not possible, I had to receive it the next day.
The elevator needs repairs.
The hotel still needs an upgrade.

The staff were very helpful with our luggage and the room was clean and comfortable. Very convenient location.
It would have been much easier to have an iron and ironing board in the hotel room. It's rather obnoxious to have to request to borrow a board and iron.

Location was decent... that's all I'm afraid....
Bed linen has stains. Chair cushion has stains. Bedside lamp missing bulb. Shower area design is bad, there is the foldable glass partition that does not help to keep the water within the shower area, so the bathroom floor will be flooded.

To access the parking lot , there was a lift for the car to be taken down underground . It was too small for my car to fit in. I had to take it to a public multi-storey car park. I was told it would be 5.90 for the night and I ended up paying 33 euros.

no parking available because of last minute reservation. small elevator causes wait to go to upper floor. the breakfast area is too small, and no place to wait, the breakfast itself very low quality (this is Lyon!), and the coffee machine was broken....

Very convenient location, its very near the city center in a quite small road next to the river. The room was clean and comfortable.
The room view on the small alley was disappointing. There was limited space in the closet to put your staff. The breakfast was ok but nothing special. I would expect more variety (and maybe more French options) considering the high price.

The stuff is exceptional! They were so kind and helpful. The location is fantastic! The room is clean, comfortable and quiet. There’s a parking available. The hotel stuff were our favorite part visiting Lyon. Always gave us the best recommendations for food and sightseeing . We also had some unexpected problems and the stuff helped us beyond expectations! Thank you! Don’t hesitate to book your staying here!

The staff are amazing. They helped us plan out our route through the city and recommended restaurants for dinner. Our son was ill in the middle of the night and fresh linens were brought up immediately. The location is central to the city-center. Breakfast had lots of options. The childrens bunk beds were in our room but separated by a little door which was a nice feature.
