Great location and very helpfull staff.
The rooms are not very practical, as shower and toilet placement don’t allow any privacy so not very suitable for friends travelling together or teenagers and parents.

Location is perfect if you are ready for a steep walk! Parking was great and professionally set up. Restaurant lacked a certain quality and the food was fine but not exceptional. Breakfast was ok but possibly another coffee machine is needed! Staff were friendly and professional! Lovely room with balcony and views of the Med!
Breakfast was a touch underwhelming. Long queues for coffee an then often the machine needed filling up but no one was around to ask! Overall very good thogu

The main positive aspect of this property was its location, which was very convenient and well situated. The hotel itself was tidy and reasonably well maintained, although the overall décor and rooms felt quite outdated and in need of refurbishment.
Unfortunately, our overall experience did not reflect what we would expect from a five-star hotel. The rooms were tired and offered very little sound insulation, making it difficult to enjoy a peaceful stay. The pillows were so hard. Service was inconsistent throughout our stay. On arrival, we were advised that an upgrade was available and that our room would be ready within 15 minutes. We sat and had a coffee while waiting, but 45 minutes later the room was still not ready. No appologies and it chewed into our time. We were also disappointed to be charged for bottled water, as we would have expected complimentary water to be provided given the hotel's five-star classification. At check-out, there were again several staff members at reception, but despite having luggage, no one offered to assist with our suitcases.
