Restaurant and the service where very good and outstanding
The breakfast room was an nice experience and service was also good but the junger service personal need more training.
I have no answer yo that - it was a surprisingly pleasant experience of my Europe tour ( worth compare with all other hotels sofar 4 1/2 star)

We loved this perfectly located hotel with its charming staff, valet parking, comfortable rooms and exceptional bar and breakfasts.
I lived everything! I look forward to dining in the restaurant that opened today.

great location! very friendly and helpful staff
really old and run-down property. not 5 stars. water in sink doesnt go down. shower water weak pressure and inconsistent temperature. worn walls with holes and scratches. depressing breakfast room with no windows. elevator super slow.
