What a great place to stay - best sleep of the trip and the care and concern of the staff was just lovely

this is a very charming and convenient, simple and traditional ryokan with very nice meals. My only regret was that there wasn't an onsen but the deep tub in the private bathroom was very nice. The futon was comfortable in the room, the rukata was pretty and comfortable and staff very kind and friendly.
it would have been great to have an onsen but this was a small ryokan with very budget price.

I liked the traditional style and attention to details. Everything was as described. I will definitely recommend it

Great location to go to Geibikei gorge. Convenient access to the train station too. The meals were great (both breakfast and dinner).
Room was a bit cold, but to be expected I suppose.
