A great location and an easy stroll into the main centre. Great neighbourhood, quiet and a lovely sea view. We were welcomed and helped up the stairs with our luggage. It's very floral and in September you can enjoy the grapes on the vine
It's quite dated and could be modernized. The bedroom furniture and bathroom have seen better days. The bedroom terrace door didnt close unless you close the terrace shutters too.
Dubrovnik is pricey so this place is a budget apartment in an excellent street.

Amazing view from the terrace, everything necessary supplied to enjoy your lunch and glass of wine enjoying the view. A great location, just 10mins walk into the old city, a supermarket just 5 mins away. Zana very friendly and helpful in all aspects.

We loved the location, just a short walk into the centre of Dubrovnik (but a stunning sea view all the way there!) The highlight of the apartment is the beautiful views from the balcony- we enjoyed evening drinks and breakfast looking out to sea.
The apartment was ideal for our family of 3, the host was very welcoming, quick to answer questions, provided tips on restaurants and stored our bags on departure day. There is a handy, small supermarket just along the road. Not a problem for us, but there are about 2 to 3 flights of stairs to access the apartment - Dubrovnik rises steeply from the water!

friendly and helpful host. Only 10 minutes easy walk to Old Town
Our stay was very much enjoyed. Three very small points 1) shower fixing was broken meaning that shower could not be secured in place so had to be balanced or hand held. 2) it would have been helpful to be able to identify each of our bath towels (either by having separate hooks or different coloured towels). 3) We were only provided with one set of keys so if one of us went out the choice was to lock the other in the apartment or leave the door unlocked (neither particularly desirable).

The host was very kind and helpful. She made sure that I arrive and leave safe and enjoy the stay in the apartment. The apartment as it is very clean and well equipped with everything you need for cooking to make you feel like home. I appreciate her attention to details as the decoration is charming. There was tea, coffee and some sweets from the house. The location has a great view over the city and the sea and it is silent during evening. Thank you for the great stay!

The apartment has a spacious terrace with a beautiful view. The old town is 20 minutes away.
Free parking is a 20 minute walk away. Parking nearby must be paid separately (check the price before !!!). For the dog, a surcharge of 100 kuna (approx. 13 €) per day was required.

The property was clean, well equipped, a very comfortable bed and a lovely balcony over looking the sea. Short walk to a couple of beaches and the walled old town.

The view from the terrace is absolutely breathtaking! It’s a short walk to the Polce gate in old town. We spent a week in Dubrovnik and so glad we stayed at this apartment as opposed to other areas. It’s so immaculate and the flowers around the apartment are simply gorgeous!!!
It’s the 1st time I’ve ever taken time to write a review on booking. The hosts of apartment!! Traveling during covid is stressful. Zana answered all my questions pre travel and was amazing with our stay in helping finding testing, printing papers for travel etc..she’s the best! Also, she helped with easy airport transfer (thank you Mario!!) he’s the best too.

This place was magnificent. Such a beautiful view and an easy walk to Old Town. Very nice touches and immaculate.
