Location was amazing. Right near the stratum! And no stairs to climb to get to the hotel. Room was clean and attractive.
No elevator. There were a few minor maintenance issues. Room was a little small and kitchen not well equipped.

Garbage wasn’t emptied from prior guests. No toiletries. No hand towels. No coffee.

If you can’t walk stairs, ask for first floor room.
The stairs are hard climb.

Location was nicely positioned in Old Town
We made extra for a balcony which was a joke. The “city view” was the next buildings wall. You could not sit out on or even open the door freely with the table and chairs.
The bathroom floor flooded every time we used the shower.
Pillows were so soft it was like having no pillow at all. Terrible!
Had to climb 49 stairs to get to our room.
