I asked the hotel manager, Aziz, about a particular hike. He had a better idea and hit the nail on the head. The hotel arranges guides. Mine was called Mohamed and he was a very knowledgeable, friendly and experienced guide. He knew everything about agriculture and medicinal plants in the Vallée des Roses. He also paints pictures on wood, which I found very impressive. I’d also like to mention Mohamed in the service team, with whom you immediately form a personal rapport. He’s also an extremely attentive person.
The duvets are more like rugs and, in my view, unsuitable for beds.

Kasbah typiquement Marocaine avec chambre reprenant les différents styles des coutumes du Maroc. Super emplacement surplombant la vallée.
Personnel très accueillant et disponible. Merci pour la gentillesse et la serviabilité de Mohamed.
Tout est super avec un excellent rapport qualité prix.

Well located and a fantastic terrace for watch the sunset over the mountains. My room was spacious.
The general atmosphere didn’t work for me. Staff were friendly enough but overall the experience felt ‘functional’ rather than inviting. The breakfast was really quite poor - a self-service format, with quite unappetising options.

abbiamo avuto qualche problema con i pagamenti. hotel pagato tre mesi prima ma l Hotel diceva che dovevamo ripagare e la carta non funzionava. probabilmente aveva Booking dei problemi coi pagamenti
