I will definitely be back

I liked the atmosphere when I walked in and saw and American Bar and Grill restaurant. Great location close to work and the rooms were bigger than I thought they would have been.

We arrived midnight and the security staff on duty was so helpful and made us feel so welcomed. Staff at reception were also polite and helpful with everything we needed.

Lift a bit tricky as you need to insert your key card before it will work to take you to your floor level. Took us 5 minutes as it wont recognise the key card, worked after so many times of tryingz

great comfortable stay

Michele greeted us on arrival and very pleasant & accomodating. Next morning was raining & Michele provided us an umbrella & cafe suggestion in walking distance which was a superb breakfast at Cafe 63. On check out Michele was wonderful, I had to complement her friendliness & hospitality.

Air conditioning split system was noisy when used overnight whilst sleeping

Disappointed

Size of apartment was good.

Advertising "serviced daily" the only thing they did was collect the rubbish and replace towels 3 days out of 6 nights. Floor wasn't clean on arrival, bed sides very dusty, balcony had no furniture and had litter on it. Couch was fake leather and had dirty marks on it and was peeling from age.

Great value for an old comfortable hotel.

Great service at reception, they engaged in conversation and were very helpful. Service in line or better than some of the more expensive places. Room was clean but some basics missing like soap.

The group of people smoking at the front door. Had one of them tailgate me up the road then get out and start smoking with his mates out the front of the hotel. Created a bad impression on arrival.

Hotel was quiet (double glazed windows). Secure on site parking was good.

Overall a good value for money hotel.

Hotel was close to our event that evening. Restaurant food was great.

Gym was not satisfactory. There is need for a spin bike. & possible extra treadmill. Also maybe outdoor seating on balcony.

waited over 20mins for someone to come back to reception to check me in.... off cleaning rooms in late afternoon. went to have a bath but only plug was to basin, no bath plug. Previous stays have always been great.

Received a call on departure day asking about using water from mini bar but water was still in fridge, not used. They were understanding that it was a mistake.
