I was changed from the dorm to a private room. Another building, another floor. Lots of stairs, but a much better room, the quality of towels, bed sheets and even products. A completely different experience. In the end I was glad to change rooms.
So, at first I got to the dorm. I lay down for a couple hours to rest because I was really tired from the trip? Even though it was around 2-3pm. I noticed some bugs walking around, took photos to zoom in and they were bed bugs, plus some other creatures. I immediately reached the staff. I’m glad I didn’t open my bags there. The reception girl was amazing to deal with, changed me to a private room and washed for me the clothes I had on the bed for free. But they didn’t act too surprised, just kept denying it was bedbugs, but changed rooms.
