A complete nightmare from start to finish — an incorrectly handled reservation, missing apartment, zero accountability,

Absolutely terrible experience. We booked and paid for two apartments for five people, but upon arrival we were told that only one apartment was available. Despite providing the booking confirmation and proof of payment clearly showing two units, the property insisted that we had made a mistake. Instead of trying to resolve the problem, the host repeatedly blamed us and told us to contact Booking.com. The communication was extremely unprofessional and confrontational. At one point, after we complained about the situation, we were even threatened with being reported as “bad guests”. The whole experience was stressful, frustrating and completely unacceptable. The property’s handling of the reservation was extremely incompetent, and the way they treated us as customers was even worse. I would strongly recommend avoiding this property. There are plenty of better options where guests are treated with basic respect and professionalism.
