The rooms facing the ocean were amazing!
The front rooms are very close to the beach, so when using the terrace you are quite exposed to the beach boys who are constantly trying to sell products or services. This can be annoying, especially at first, before you get used to the local culture.

Beautiful location, we loved watching the local fisherman sailing every evening. We stayed in the ground floor sea view room, which was practically on the beach. Waking up and sitting on the balcany each morning was a great way to start each day.The room was comfortable, cleaned daily, sprayed and turned down every evening. Fresh water provided every day. The excursions were excellent and well priced especially the one to Pungume island. We had a mishap with the arranged collection from the airport and the hotel kindly made up for it with a free meal. The included breakfast was fantastic and there was a great selection. The staff were friendly and attentive.
It would be great if they had a changing menu or daily/evening specials. We stayed 9 nights and the menu was the same throughout. There are however many great restaurants nearby so it wasn't a problem as such, rather a suggestion. The food was all great and delicious.

Very peaceful and chill place. Staff is very nice and attentive. The views are simply lovely, specially sunrise. Perfect location as it is right in the middle between Jambiani and Paje. Breakfast was very good with lots of options on the menu. I was looking for a place to do nothing but relax and it gave me the chance to do so. I would definitely come back.
Restaurant is very pricey but food was good. $4 for a local beer is a bit too much. Privacy could be improved with curtains for the private balconies upstairs (which are amazing).
