I love the location,love to have the night walk along the Brisbane River side watching the city lights and ferry cruising moreover the stuff is very friendly and welcoming.

The location is great for what I had planned for the weekend. The lady that had checked me in (she’s been there for the last 4/5stays over the last year) is super friendly, great service and acknowledges the fact that you’re a familiar guest. The service from staff has greatly improved over the years.
For the price I paid it’s unrealistic to expect 5 star quality, the place is a bit tired looking but for rooms that are priced around the $115 mark I’m fine with it. It does cost large sums to maintain and upgrade facilities.

The customer service was great and the bathrooms were good despite being shared. Nice and peaceful.
The carpets could be changed.
