Nice, quiet, comfortable hotel in a good area.

The breakfast was amazing! I thoroughly enjoyed all the international stations. Every employee we encountered was extremely attentive, pleasant and helpful.

Absolut empfehlenswert.

Perfekte Lage im schönen Tsim Sha Tsui, direkt über der MRT-Station und fussläufig zum Pier. Grosses schönes Zimmer, ein bequemes Bett und ein grosses wunderbar luxuriöses Bad. Der Hafenblick war toll. Alles völlig sauber, freundliches Personal, bestens organisiert. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Deserving of Hyatt Hotel Reputation for Service and Facilities.

Room exceptionally good and comfortable; executive lounge service and offering excellent. Location cannot be beat; good to offer local call taxi service as alternative to hotel car to airport. Weekday lunch buffet superb offering, and excellent 40% discount for residents.

3人家族で大人3人のラウンジ付きのツインを予約しました。料金の中にエキストラベッド代が入っていました。お風呂も広くバスタブもあり、24階でしたが水圧水量問題なしでした。ラウンジは朝ごはんとたまに飲み物をもらいにしか行っていませんが、炭酸ジュース類、コーヒー紅茶、お水のペットボトルは部屋に持って帰れるので便利でした。

ラウンジの窓は綺麗なので、そちらで外の写真を撮ったりしたので、あまり気になりませんでしたが、部屋のすごく大きな窓のガラスがものすごく汚れてて外があまり見えませんでした。

뭐니뭐니해도 호텔 위치가 아주 좋습니다 침사추이역과 연결되어있고 빅토리항과 가까워서 주변에 돌아다니기도 좋습니다 그리고 시내에 있는 만큼 맛집도 정말 많아요! 또 제가 일찍 도착해서 미리 체크인하고 짐 맡겨두고 돌아다니다가 체크인시간에 맞춰서 열쇠받고 객실 올라갔고 짐은 직원분이 올려다 주신다고 했는데 아무리 기다려도 안올라오더라구요..그래서 프론트에 여쭤보니까 호텔측 실수라고 하시면서 바로 사과하시고 짐을 올려다 주셨어요! 짐 올려주신 직원분도 매우 친절했고 본인이 알고있는 맛집도 추천해주시더라구요ㅎㅎ 덕분에 언짢았던 기분이 싹 풀렸답니다 그 외엔 전혀 문제 없었습니다 객실 환경이나 어메니티도 좋고 묵는동안 객실 청소도 깔끔하고 객실 청소하시는 직원분들 마저도 너무 친절합니다..!!! 웃으며 인사하는데 덩달아 기분이 좋았습니다 조식은 대부분 아시아식이여서 부담없이 맛있게 즐겼습니다 전체적으로 매우 만족했습니다 다음에 온다면 또 묵고싶어요 :)

Awesome stay afterall. The location is great, walking distance to most places. Rooms are big and clean. The staff speak

The location of this Hotel is good. Right in front of the hotel entrance is East Tsim Sha Tsui MTR exit (N1 and N2). Can also take Exit D1 from Tsim Sha Tsui MTR (Tsun Wan line) to reach the hotel. K11 Art Mall is right beside the hotel. And it is walking distance (abt 10min) to K11 Musea and Habour City. There is many eatery places around this hotel too.

The hotel breakfast was disappointing. On our last night we decided to try the hotel breakfast at a super discounted price because we are hotel guest. To our surprise, a 5 stars hotel like hyatt regency serve very limited choices for breakfast. Lucky we decided to try and pay for only for one day. Rather disappointing though.

太一般了，只是位置还可以。

1楼和23楼都有早餐，为什么不问我选择几楼，然后1楼和23楼有什么不同？为什么不告知我？

这么贵的房价，不能在下午2点退房？而且早餐全是西式的，一点中式的都没有的选择，咖啡味道也较差。

Location is top.

On Booking.com it was not possible to find out if the hotel supports Hyatt Digital Key. Turned out it didn't at least I was not made aware of. I really hope soon all Hyatt hotels support this great feature. I prefer hotels where I can do check-in/check-out seamless digital.

Wonderful Stay - Definitely Worth the Price!

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. Throughout the entire journey (beginning at the online hotel reservation process), the staff were extremely helpful, professional, and friendly, who are willing to make any sort of accommodation based upon our needs and requests - for this, we deeply appreciate all the great efforts and dedication devoted by all staff working here. We are really happy about the size of the room being arranged (we booked and stayed in a Corner King Room), which is quite spacious with great lighting (during the day time) and view (particularly at night time). Despite the fact that the hotel is located in a very busy commercial district, the room is really quiet. Bedding is just so perfect (the bed is not too soft, nor too hard, two different kinds of pillows were provided, and they were firm enough to well supported my neck during each night sleep). This level of quality is as expected and very consistent with Hyatt's standard across the globe. Among all other things, the location is really top-notch and convenient - it is in the same building of the K11 Art Mall, easy access to the subway station (also in the same building), less than 5 minutes walk to Nathan Road, about 10 minutes to Harbor City and Star Avenues (by the Victoria Harbor), not to mention that there are TONS of family owned boutique restaurants in the neighborhood. Overall, we had a very positive experience during our stay! Thank you!

We had a very positive experience during the entire stay - and there is really not much about things that we didn't like. If we were to name one, we'd like to humbly suggest that, there could be better or maybe more options (specifically featuring Hong Kong breakfast, e.g., dim sum) provided during breakfast. We know that although there has been a variety of Asian breakfast options provided (including at least four different kinds of dim sum), we felt that the overall quality and the taste of the food could potentially be further improved. Also, for customers who are staying for a longer period of time (e.g., more than a week, who also happen to dine in the restaurant for breakfast everyday), it is very important that there could be some changes made to the daily breakfast options, such that a situation in which hotel guests will eat the same food choice repetitively may be avoided. Please take this as a small suggestion, instead of any sort of criticism. Many thanks!

Great location, comfortable bed and large bathroom. Lots of pillows!

Room was a bit old but maybe it was just ours. The drop-off point is at the basement and not intuitive for taxis.

It was the best hotel stay I had experienced thusfar in Hong kong.

Location was great, friendly service and spacious room with excellent comforts of home. Will definitely recommend to all my friends and relatives.

I had to extend one more night’s stay due to change in flight timing. The charges were twice what I had gotten from my original booking. Disappointed with this as I had already stayed 4 nights at the hotel. I had to reluctantly leave and changed by accommodation to one of comparable rate which was near the hotel.
