great location, good value for money

great location. 30m seconds from Nathan road with all the buses, and only 5 mins to walk to the metro.

Good Value for Money Hotel

The hotel location was convenient. Good value for money. The room size was decent.

No complimentary water was provided. The shower's hot water was not hot enough to my personal preference. The room was not bright enough without opening up the window curtain.

location wise it was very accessible to the train station. Staffs were accommodation but its kinda hard to communicate in english. room was neat and clean and has good views

lost things in the room, no one wants to take responsible. first time feel it is not safe to keep things in the room

Some staffs were very friendly and helpful.

Property is out of date, need refresh. Fifth time staying here but requested for higher floor did not happen, instead was put on 2nd floor mixed with 0+3 guests for 17 nights!

housekeeping staff is good and efficient.

Beside building site, customer stay over a week could be assigned some room higher or away from the building site. Bad reception.

Very enjoyable stay

The location is centralized and easily assessible to MTR, cross harbour bus service and a great variety of eatery and shopping.

The entrance of the restaurant on the 1/f., is a bit outdated and not so appealing and can be improved. Room temperature seems fixed and feels a bit cold at night.

Spacious room, very helpful staff, lots of restaurants nearby and short walking distance to MTR.

This was a simple room, no frills. The location is pretty convenient and it was fine for what I needed. I didn't spend much time the room, but it was overall fine. I did feel that the price was more than the room was really worth, but it is comparable to what was available in the city at that time.

No problem with the stay but seriously! Find the cell phone number of an English-speaking taxi driver that you can phone

The cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful.

The helpdesk was not helpful at all. I asked them to call a taxi to pick me up at the hotel. They agreed to do it the following morning. The morning of my departure there were nobody to help me. They reply with the answer. "We don't have taxi service" I had to walk with all my luggage and looked for a taxi myself. I ended up stopping 4 taxis before I could get to the HZM bus bridge.

A well visited hotel 👌🏻

I like everything about the hotel

I was a little unhappy about flimsy material used on the headboard. 3 times it has ripped in three different rooms in exactly the same pattern one of which I had to pay for my deposit one I glued back and most recently I was warned to be careful about something that is obviously a design fault
