They asked me to pay before arrival even if booking.com did not mention this while making the reservation.

Very friendly and helpful staff (night shift).
There's no soundproofing in a room. In the room next to us was party and some people made love with other people, sound from their room was incredibly loud. I understand that love can be strong and wild but we expected to have a peaceful night.
