Comoda location per raggiungere la Versilia e le spiagge. Gli appartamenti hanno un arredo rustico, ma sono dotati di un bel giardino e patio, la zona esterna è molto confortevole. Gli appartamenti sono dotati di tutto il necessario per la cucina. Buona la pulizia
Gli appartamenti sono divisi in due fabbricati distinti, può non essere comodo in gruppo perché a noi hanno diviso in due fabbricati differenti. L esterno di alcuni appartamenti confina con i vicini, e manca privacy. Non ho trovato sempre semplice la comunicazione con il proprietario.

Schöne Lage auf dem Land, angenehm ruhig. Städte für Sight-Seeing und Strand gut zu erreichen. Sauberer Meerwasser-Pool mit schönem Garten.

Le logement est situé dans un endroit calme en campagne. Situé non loin de Viareggio et de la plage. J'ai apprécié la tranquillité de cet endroit. Il dispose d'une piscine qui est accessible à toute la famille. La disponibilité et la réactivité de Luca (Propriétaire)
Il serait plus appréciable si le logement disposerait d'une climatisation.

Being isolated it was very quiet It also had all facilities eg washing machine, iron, hairdryer, which a lot don’t have
A lot of mosquitos Grounds were not well maintained for guests eg long grass Host was very rude on our arrival. The bell didn’t work and all gates were locked. We called out for 15 minutes and then tooted the horn which drew his attention. He came out and gave us a lecture about tooting the horn. Shower was high up and quite dangerous for someone who is elderly
